Milan: 2' lesson wine tasting, in English, for my ESN friends, in That's Prosciutto location.
I've got a lot of great memories in this place. Just one year ago, I have conducted a wine tasting to a group of Erasmus students.
I presented wines from 3 Italian regions:
A wine of Marche: Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, Marconi,
A wine of Lombardy: Oltrepo Pavese, Castello di Luzzano bonarda Sommossa,
A wine of Alto Adige: Elena Walch Lagrein,
Promote the Italian wine style is a reason of pride for me.
Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi is a pale straw yellow wine, with a delicate and distinctive aroma. Taste: dry and harmonious, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
I pared verdicchio wine with finger food prepared from slightly seasoned cheeses.
Bonarda is a red ruby wine, smell intense and pleasant aroma of fresh cherry. Dry, sparkling, slightly tannic, fresh e with a good minerality.
I pared bonarda wine with mortadella.
Lagrein has a bright, deep ruby color tinged with purple. The nose is intense, penetrating and lively, with aromas of violet and hints of spice. It' is still, dry and full, with fairly high alcohol and excellent lenght
I paired lagrein wine with finger food prepared from speck
I think wine is an ingredient of the conviviality of my country.
Wine and food best pairing improve our live.
I am convinced that...
So, remeber the most important lesson:
